GEN: Assessment of the value of videos in schools

Friends, I need to create an assessment tool for our video/media
technology program.  We provide videos/CD-ROMS/Laser disks/music to
schools who purchase our service from an educational cooperative.  Other
than an occasional informal survey no real evaluation of this service
has ever been done.  Since I now run the service,  it seems a logical
way of me to justify the existence of the service as well as show
principals and superintendents what their teachers feel is valuable
about the service and how it integrates into the classroom.

Perhaps there is a source for this type of evaluation or one of you has
such an evaluation instrument??  Any help would be appreciated.  Please
