HIT:CAPS LOCK

Thanks to all that responded to my caps lock problem. Unfortunately it
is still not completely solved. The key board is quite new and not dirty
so the most popular suggestions do not apply. I've found that if I go
into WORD and type a line or so it automatically changes to lower case
and this then fixes the problem no matter what program I then use. The
problem is I have to do this every time I turn on the computer. Someone
suggested Microsoft tech. support but I couldn't get any satisfaction. I
guess I better contact the computer company.
