Dear Friends: Has anyone experimented with different ways to code, rearrange, or otherwise limit young children's access to the entire fiction collection? I am in a 1-8 school and have all my fiction together. Obviously there are things there that are way above, as well as inappropriate for, first graders. I'd like to have a way to help them choose without my having to vet every book. Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.
