TECH: Desktop security program problems

Dear Netters,

        Our recently purchased FoolProof (ver. 3.3) will not allow Electric
Library, nor the Interest Inventory module of Choices to run.  After many
calls to FoolProof techs, we are considering returning the program.
        My question is:  Have any of you encountered similar problems
running the latest version of Fortress?  Does it interfer with or allow
Electric Library to run?  Any problems running other interactive programs?
