St. Patrick's Day

While "wearing of the green" is certainly popular here in Wisconsin,
pinching of the non-wearer was a very new concept to me.  I am usually the
only person NOT wearing green on Mar. 17.  I usually try to wear orange.
While I do have a
British heritage, not Irish, my real reason for not wearing green is to
avoid the herd mentality.  I also do not own any Packer clothing (yes, I
know, that's heresy) and don't wear school colors on Fridays.  I do have an
enormous collection of holiday and seasonal motif clothing (I sew a lot)
and several things that fit with children's literature such as a vest
embroidered with hedgehogs, skirts of book motif fabric etc.

Never been pinched on March 17
