The new Information Power is available through ALA publishing.
There are two separate volumes, the second being a pull-out of the standards
from the first. However, you do not need the second smaller standards
volume. The same information is contained in Chapter 2 of Information Power.

According to the folks at the ALA Store at the conference, they printed the
standards for those who wanted an extra copy. Both volumes are very
expensive, the standards was discounted at $18 and Information Power was
$31.50 discounted. I don't know what the list prices are.
