Vacation plans;Wash/Oregon

I am finally taking a much anticipated trip to the Pacific Northwest in a
few days.  Having never been in that area of the country, I have trying to
gather information in what to do and see.  We will be spending time in
Portand, Olympic National park, Victoria BC, Cascade Mountain Loop, and
Seattle.  If anyone has suggestions on what to see, where to eat, and what
not to miss (as well as what to skip) I would love some input.
