We just got a donation of some old 386 computers which were fairly gutted (but that's another story). One of the teachers who got one is looking for some software for it. We have an old copy of Windows 3.1 which we are converting to 3 1/2 inch floppy disks (!). A few years back, I read, in some book about building your own computers, about a company that sells older versions of software. Does anyone know of any of these types of companies? Or, any other suggestons (I realize we could probably find a copy of an old word processing program by going to garage sales and the like, but we don't have many garages in NYC) Rena Deutsch, Librarian High School for the Humanities New York, NY renadeutsch@worldnet.att.com =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= To quit LM_NET (or set NOMAIL or DIGEST), Send an email message to listserv@listserv.syr.edu In the message write EITHER: 1) SIGNOFF LM_NET 2) SET LM_NET NOMAIL or 3) SET LM_NET DIGEST * NOTE: Please allow time for confirmation from Listserv.
