Just went to a workshop on the topic of privacy, unwanted mail, etc.
NEVER NEVER NEVER respond to Candy or anyone else with the REMOVE
command -- this only tells the person(and her name prob isnt Candy) that
you are a live body who reads his/her mail.

Simply delete the message or track it back through its many servers and
complain --- but DON'T respond.
