Delaware librarians

We have just heard that a new suerintendent has been hired for our district.
He is presently an associate secretary of education at the State Department
of Education in Delaware.  His name is Steven Adamowski.
Our current administration has not been library friendly.  Does anyone know
if Mr. Adamowski is library friendly?
