If you are a media specialist or librarian in a country other than US
and Canada, I'd love to hear from you. I am presently studying to be a
media specialist at the University of Central Florida. I am taking a
course on delivering distance education and have been asked to interact
with folks in my field/profession that live in other countries. If you
would be so kind as to respond, I am interested in hearing about your
present job position, in what kind of school/libarary you work, how is
the school library media program integrated into the school-wide
curriculum plan, do you teach classes during the school day or do you
have special programs for children and young adults, how do you promote
information literacy, etc. I would be very happy to answer any
questions you may have about the way Florida promotes information
literacy and the school media center (to the best of my ability as an
inexperienced soon-to-be media specialist, of course!) Thanks in
advance to anyone who replies.
