Email address for Scholastic

Greetings,

Try as I might, I cannot find an email address in all the Book Fair materials
that I have received from Scholastic.  Does anyone have the address?

Also, does anyone know if there still exists a Scholastic Book Club and whether
this is available to individuals internationally?  We would like to provide the
information to our students so they can join directly, rather than administering
it as a school.
