  Amen.  I think it's helpful to do it like in the following example,
  utilizing the LM_NET category of "JOBS:" in the subject line along with
  the two-letter state abbreviation and the title of the position
  (abbreviated, if necessary).  At the start of the message text, it's
  helpful to include the name of the town or county and spell out the name
  of the state.  Here's my example:

        To      :  LM_NET@LISTSERV.SYR.EDU
        Cc      :
        Attchmnt:
        Subject : JOBS: GA Media Coordinator
        ----- Message Text -----
        The following posting is a job announcement for a Media
        Coordinator for the Glynn County School System in Glynn
        County, Georgia. . .
