TECH: Web page generation w/ WP7

Has anyone done this.  I am going crazy on windows 95.  When it saves
the file it adds an extra file extention so the file looks like
"FILE.HTM.HTM"  Windows 95 doesn't recognize a double file extension
so I can not rename it.  Does anyone have any ideas????  HELP!!!
