Difference in Media Spec vs. Tech Coor??

I had this discussion in a recent Grad class.  What is the difference in
job duties of a Media Specialist and Technology Coordinator?  Does anyone
have job descriptions they could send me?  Any ideas on what you feel are
the differences?
