Middle School Reading Contests

his is my first year as a school librarian, and I am interested in running
some sort of reading contest at my middle school. I would love to hear about
contests you have successfully run in your school.  Please tell me how long
they lasted, prizes awarded, rules, methods of ensuring students have actually
read the books, and any other important details.  Please e-mail me directly.
