I recently installed on a Mac a new Grolier's Multimedia Encyclopedia from
a CD and now every time I start up the computer I get a window that says
QuickTime installation failed because it was already installed.  The
computer will not continue with booting until I click on OK.  How can I get
this warning to not appear?  I have already checked the Startup Items
folder and it is not in there.
