automation specifications

Our district is beginning to plan for an evolution of our automation
system. I am wondering if other school districts have created a document or
checklist for the specifications desired in an integrated school library
information system (sometimes called a Request For Proposal or RFP). If you
would not mind sharing your document, I would love to receive a copy (as
email, an email attachment, web site, or paper, if possible.)
