TARGET: Reluctant readers

Greetings. I am a new LM_Netter.  I am a senior library assistant at a public
library studying for my masters (finally) degree at URI with an end goal of
obtaining a library media specialist designation.  I am doing a paper on
collection development for the reluctant reader at the middle school/young
adult level.  Any ideas for resources would be very much appreciated. TIA.
