Target: Video

I am looking for the title of a video that was made a number of years ago
involving library research.  A student was doing a something on the Bay of
Pigs.  I think it involved his running for student council or something.
I know it got a mixed review but I thought it was entertaining and might
be a good intro into the different ways to use a library.  Any help would
be most appreciated.
