Subject: New York State Law

I need help with locating a copy of a law in New York State that prohibits
students from moving A/V equipment in the schools. I believe that it may be
called "David's Law"?
I have tried searching the Internet and have not had much success. Thanks so
much for any assistance you can offer on this subject.
