Interesting question, Rena. My computer does the same thing -- and I've never seen the "suspend" command in any of our Windows 95 computers. My husband says a friend has a brand new computer with Windows 95, and it's doing the same thing. I hope the responses are posted to the group because I'll bet more than two of us on this list are experiencing the same thing.
