We use DRA automation in our school district that we are happy with. Two years ago we started a second database of textbooks to get central control of what is in all of the schools. It is not the best thing right now. We have teachers who hoard books, who don't read the rules. I would be interested in hearing from some of you who have a succcessful system what you are doing. Are texts checked out at registration, are your textbooks stored in a central place, what are your policies and procedures, do you use report writer software, and anything generally that would be helpful would be much appreciated.
