Re: Dr. Seuss/Assumptions

Speaking of assumptions, as I've been discussing Dr. Seuss this week, I've
been AMAZED by the number of students who think the Cat in the Hat's name
is Dr. Seuss.  They were puzzled and surprised to discover that Dr. Seuss
was a real, actual human and not a cartoon.  (Some still don't believe me).
 Go figure.  I guess the moral is : never assume anything! :)
