TARGET: Importing MARC from the web

I started to ask this just before I went on vacation (and shut off
mail), so I did not see if there were any responses.

Is there a way to import MARC records from web sites (such as the
Library of Congress site mentioned before), that would be in a readable
format to most cataloging software?

A couple of you have already asked me to post a hit, which I will do if
we come up with anything.
