Target: Parent Library Committee

Do any of you have a parent committee (like a PTA) that is
specifically for the library.  I am at a middle school, and could
really use some parent support and involvement in our library.

How was you committee formed?
What do the parents do?
Do they volunteer time on a regular basis in the library?
Do they run the book fairs, etc.  fund raising?
What about meeting?  What time of the day or evening?
Anything else I should know?
