I am having a problem telnetting ever since our computers were networked.
We have a network of 10 Macs in the Media Center which are connested to a
fileserver in the computer labe across the hall, which in turn is
connected to our high school which goes out with a T1 line. (If that's not
too clear, I am not surprised!)

I have always used NCSA Telnet on a Mac with a modem with no problem at
all.In fact, the one computer that is still hooked up to a modem works
just fine. But now that these other ten computers are networked,
nothing goes through. A window opens, then shuts again almost
immediately. I keep thinking it's just a little command that must be
needed to let the program know that we are not connecting with a modem,
but our network administrator has no idea what's going on.

Any ideas would be most gratefully accepted.

Many thanks,
