GEN: searching for Circ system with certain features

I'm looking for a circulation system, appropriate for K-12 (i.e. not too
cutesey), capable of a union catalog of 9-10 buildings, Windows based,
that has the following features:

able to attach info to childs record, so when they attempt to check out,
there is a note attached (like in DRA: i.e. Mom says no goosebumps, or
"is on the news, can check out up to 4)

Simple way of creating a list of damaged books.

Being able to compile a list of everyone with overdues (a homeroom-style
list) on one page, instead of each page is diff class

Alert noise or a freeze ( i e. hit Ctrl Z to continue) when a reserved
item is returned, or a temp item is returned.

Way to generate a list of all items currently on reserve

Generate a list of students (at the end of the year) who have had no
overdue books all year.

Currently we are using CLS/McGrawHill (now bought out by Caspr).
This list (above) represents my "wish list", (things that I cannot due
with my CLS), that I would like to see in a new program when we switch
over by Sept.

I've heard great things about Alexandria and Athena.
