consensus is reflected in the response below.

Thanks to everyone who sent me information.

You may already have this information, but I had to get to school to get
the complete information for you.  I think the book you are looking for
is:  When Dinosaurs Die: a Guide to Understanding Death  by Lauren
Krasny Brown.  Little, Brown is the publisher and 1996 is the copyright
date.   ISBN   0-31610-917-7
