The same is true in any situation, and some amount of 'shrinkage' is
bound to occur, even through the most innocent of circumstances. During
each of the two years we've been open to date, missing items at the
end-of-year inventory were less than 1%.  I can live with that. I have
had similar experiences in my previous 8 years at 3 other schools. The
implication otherwise is that the teaching staff cannot be trusted. My
experience does not support that conclusion.
