TARGET:Website info.needed

Does anyone have any information about the website
http://www.globalterrorism.com?  A teacher in my school found this site,
and when we looked at it the only indication of production is Round
Circle Productions (and only on the subscription page, $6.95 per
month).  I called and spoke to the producer, but wondered if anyone has
subscribed  - what kinds of information, point of view, etc.  Please
respond to me directly.  TIA
