TECH: Netscape Printing Problem

One of our Windows 95 workstations only prints half pages.  When we look at
Page Setup in Netscape and it shows the sample, it shows the 4 x 5 size
instead of 8 x 11.
Is there a way to change this setting so that we can print full pages?
