This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0035_01BD4D37.6EC53580 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable I apologize to the group for my incomplete response. I originally = started to reply to the sender only but then realized this subject had = been pretty much going to the whole list so I added lm-net second. My = e-mail does not include the message unless I tell it to and I forgot to = cut and paste the important stuff. The book I think is so great that was originally given by = cew4835@cmsu2.cmsu.edu (Sorry I didn't save name either <blush>) is = Richard Saul Wurman's "Information Anxiety; what to do when information = doesn't tell you what you need to know." originally published in 1989 = by Doubleday with paperback in 1990 by Bantam. I found my copy tonight = and the actual quote is "A weekday edition of the New York Times = contains more information than the average person was likely to come = across in a lifetime in seventeenth century England." I checked Amazon = tonight and this book is out of print but maybe you can get a copy via = interloan. One other thing I really like about this book is that it = points to how important those of us in the information organization and = retrieval business are even though he doesn't specifically say this(we = know don't we :-}). I don't know how many times I have used that point = in the interview situation. We don't know everything but we know places = and people to ask!
