Lib. Aides, volunteers

Dear Group,

I am trying to gather information for a class presentation.  Our group is
presenting information on supervising library aides, student aids, and
volunteers.  I would love to get your best ideas, tips, and experiences dealing
with the above.  It could be information on tasks assigned, how you train them,
things that work, things that don't work, or just advice from a past
experience.  Ideas on acknowledging the help of volunteers would also be
helpful.  Funny stories would also be great to hear.
