Hi! Is anyone using Follett Unison V1.22 having this same problem? We are having an overwhelming number of students who claim they have returned books that our checkout screen shows still out. When we check the shelves -- sure enough -- they are there! We think there are also titles we checked out that are shown as being on the shelf. And the third little glitch is with the "holds" list -- it is just messed up! We have been watching the screen carefully to be sure the scanner is picking up the bar codes -- it is. Any help would be appreciated!
