Columbia conversion to Follett or Winnebago

If you have converted your Columbia Library System records to Follett or

Winnebago, I would be interested in hearing about how successful the
process was. Which company did you choose and why?  What were your major

headaches?  What would you do differently next time?  Did you have the
company do the conversion, or do it yourself?  Any other words of
advice.  We will be making a decision as to which company to use in the
next month and be converting our records during the summer, so all
advice and insights would be welcome.  Thanks.
