Needed: Software for Students to Create Bibliographies

Hello,

Does anyone know of any software packages that would allow students to
enter required information in order to create a bibliography for the
resources they used during research?

I'm in a k-6 school, so I'm looking for something that reflects a
sophistication level for upper elementary.

Currently, students have a sheet showing bibliography examples. I'd like
for them to use a sheet that's simple for them to keep track of needed
bibliographic information, i.e.
        title...
        author...
        place of publication...
        name of publisher...
        date.....

etc. when using the different resources, and then be able to enter that
data into a software program that will put the information in the
currect bibliographic form.
