TECH: Grades & Phones

Since I am serving on a Tech committee at our school, I thought I might
use this great resource to seek answers to two questions.
We have a PC system using a home-grown student management program on our
administrative network, and our teacher use a program Making the Grade
on their Mac's to do their grades.  Is their any MAC grading program
that can transfer info to a PC system/or mark a scanatron system so that
teachers do not have to bubble grades in for 150 students eight times a
year!!!
Are there any good voice messaging systems that do not require each
teacher to have their own phones--just voice mail boxes?  We use Wiltell
right now.
As information specialists, we seek answers to all questions!!
