I would recommend using the underscore key on the keyboard.  It's the
one above the hyphen.  Another possibility is if Word lets you use
drawing tools in a document.  I don't know if it does.  I agree.
WordPerfect is superior, in my opinion, but Word is becoming more
prominent.
