Target: Place to get amateur cartoons critiqued

Hi

This group has solved so many problems for me that the teachers now come
to the library for all sorts of solutions! Thanks!!!

Here's one I hope you can help with. A fifth grade teacher has two boys
in her classroom, very bright kiddos, who love to do cartoons. She was
hoping that someone could come up with a person or place where they
might send their cartoons for critiquing or publication. I know there
are places for poetry and children's stories...how about cartoons?

I plan to search a site on ask an expert...does anyone else have some
ideas?
