SEC: Library facility

Hi all,
I was told yesterday to submit a plan for a new library media center
facility--to include everything I would like to have and to specify
dimensions, shelving, etc.  I will be looking in the archives, but
does anyone have specific recommendations for the best places to look
for guidelines.  The facility will be for 600-700 students.  I have to
submit this plan in two weeks!  Thanks for any help you might give.
