Hi Group:

I, too, am enjoying this cookbook thread. It is amazing to find that so
many of us share this interest! I have collected cookbooks (over 500) and
individual recipes (several shoe boxes) from country inns and bed &
breakfasts both in the U.S. and UK for many years. The old Berkshire
Traveller series of collections from country inns is one of my favorites
(the Rabbit Hill Inn blueberry muffins are still the best!). At the moment
I'm working my way through a new gem: The Red Lion Inn Cookbook
(0-936399-28-7). The lemon bread is to die for, and the New England
blueberry sauce is wonderful served over your favorite cheesecake.

I have been searching for a recipe for Sticky Toffee Pudding for a long
time, and was wondering if anyone out there might be able to help -
particularly our British and Irish members. There is nothing in the U.S.
quite as good as this delectible concoction, in my opinion! It's
approaching lunchtime here - can you tell? :) Many thanks!
