Good morning cookbook fans! As the delighted owner of a 1912 Gold Medal flour cookbook that belonged to my great-grandmother, I'm enjoying this cookbook thread. If it was inspired by the current Weed of the Month topic, Cookery, so much the better! However, while we are sharing some of our personal favorites from home, maybe we could also get some suggestions for titles to add to our school collections? It's hard to tell from the recent postings which titles are in print now and might be good for the school library collection. If you will email me your current recommended titles, we will be sure to add them to the Weed of the Month web pages on Cookery, which will be posted on 1 April. TIA! -- It does not matter how many books you may have, but whether they are good or not. — Lucius Annaeus SENECA (3 B.C.-65 A.D.)
