More on MacWarehouse

My two cents on MacWarehouse is that I just mailed back the printer to computer
cable that they sold a teacher for 16.95 that was so generic (my guess anyway)
that it wouldn't fit tightly.  Loose connections bother me - so I got a price
on a replacement from a local dealer - $8.95.  They were ok on the phone about
a return, but why did they sell her that cable?  She told them she was a novice
but wanted whatever she needed.  They told me the upgrade would be $40.  Elaine
