HIT:discount subscription service

I've been asked to post a HIT on using Discount Magazine Subscription
Service. Most people were positive. Here are some of the replies (I'm
paraphrasing):
Lynn Ward: "I use them for about half my list and have had no trouble.
They responded quickly to problems."
Carolyn Gierke:"Service can be inconsistent."
Linda Miltner:"Good and quite responsive."
Sandy Johnson: "I would highly recommend them."
Sandra Parks: "Run run run from this service. They are the worst outfit i
have ever run across."
Debra Mayer :"Some catches: they do not like daling with libraries, so you
can't claim a missed issue: they will only extend your subscription."
Elizabeth Davenport: "I have not had a problem with them...include a
previous label (for renewal)."
Thanks to all who replied!!! I'm giving them a try.
