Thanks to all the great responses for a Vietnam novel that could be
used in an American Literature class in conjunction with the American
History class. This is an 11th grade class but according to the
responses, many of the novels could be used from junior high through
senior high school.  _Fallen Angels_ by far was recommended the most
often.  _In Country_ and _Going After Cacciato_ came in next.

Illumination Rounds by Johannsen (a resource for Vietnam literature
published by the        National Council of Teachers of English, 1992)
