macs, pc's

Good morning!

Does anyone out there have macs and pc's hooked up to the same network?
ethernet/novell?

Does it work?   What are some of the pitfalls?

Does anyone have UMAX supermacs?  Do they run on both platforms?
Any problems?

We are thinking about putting our pc's and macs on the same network but
need some feedback fast.
