GEN: professional collection

Last week I asked what materials you might like to have available to
borrow from a regional school library office. I got only a few
responses, so I am reposting this request.
I will be doing an internship this summer at our school library system
office. One of my tasks will be to purchase materials for the
professional collection. This material will be available for member
librarians (and others, through ILL) to borrow. What materials would you
like to be able to borrow? I am thinking about AACR2 cataloging rules,
storytelling materials, and Information Power. Respondents suggested
materials from Libraries Unlimited, ALA, flannelboard activities, Books
in Print, Big Six materials, and multicultural materials.
