SEC: Wellness Center

Our new health teacher is working on setting up a learning center for
his classroom.  It will be a wellness center.  He is looking for
suggestions of materials (books, video, etc) to include but also needs
internet sites for students to access. Any suggestions in the areas of:
fitness, nutrition and stress management, would be welcome.

We already have some good vegetarian sites, but are a little low in the
stress management area.

If you like, I will post a hit, when all is said and done.
