Sec and Middle: Opinion of Proquest Direct Gold 200 vs other

Hi everyone,

We are trying to cutback on our spending for next year and are
considering the Proquest Direct Gold 200. At the present time our school
library has Proquest with abstracts and microfiche, SIRS Researcher,
Newsbank and other resources. Our students use Newsbank quite often and
I'm wondering how the full text newspaper collection in this Gold 200
package compares. Would you suggest dropping SIRS as well?

What are some of the pros and cons. I am eager to hear or rather read
your responses. I will be happy to post a hit if people are interested.
